Bulletproof Keto Coffee
I had a ton of Instagram requests for the coffee I drink in the morning called Bulletproof Coffee so I decided to share with you guys how I’m making mine every morning at home.
This bulletproof coffee recipe takes under 5 mins to make and is so easy!! I make it every single morning. I think it is very beneficial for my intermittent fasting that I am doing during Keto. That calls for an entire other blog post… But in short, I like to fast from 8pm to 12 noon the next morning. I will make sure I eat for the day in an 8 hr window from 12 noon to 8 pm at night. To make the Bulletproof coffee, you will need to make sure you have enough of the following ingredients: coffee, grass-fed butter, and MCT oil or coconut oil. I also added some ground cinnamon to add some more flavor. DO NOT just stir it up with a spoon once everything is mixed because the oils will settle on top. I did this the first day I made it and all of the oil upset my stomach because I did not blend it well. Make sure to blend it or froth it so it’s mixed well. I like to use this frother because it’s so much easier than blending and only $8!

10 oz. brewed coffee
2 tbsp grass fed butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Brew your coffee. I like to use my Keurig because it is so quick and easy with no clean up required - my kind of cooking ;)
Mix coffee, butter + MCT oil (or coconut oil) in a blender or froth it.
Serve hot and blended in your favorite coffee mug!
